Both Jesse and I managed the Grand Slam today on a surprising stream. Very small water for the size fish it held, all native brookies, wild browns, and bows. Each of us caught well over 20. Jesse's camera got lost, so I took pics. It was fun having him hold some of my fish so's I could snap 'em, and I took some fish pics for him. All in all, a fine day!

Pretty fish--especially the colored up Brooks.
Looks like my kind of stream-------nice and flat with minimal climbing.

Once we got down to the stream it was fine, JT. Getting down the ravine to it and climbing back out wasn't so good. I was relieved when I got down without killing myself. Then on the way back out upstream, I was relieved to finally see the top -- then there were 2 barb-wire fences to get over/through.

Love those brookies but they are all nice fish. Looks like a great day. I can’t wait until the pff so I can fish those mountain freestoners!

Unusual to get all 3 in the same stream, and wild to boot.

Sounds like you're getting the hang of retirement....
