Went to big H yesterday. Got up at 0400 fishing by 0630. Pulse schedule determines much of the fishing schedule. 3 of us all caught stockers on nymphs swinging under a soft-hackle. I got 7. Water started to drop so we went up to boat ramp to fish slack water and one generator pulse. Caught 5 more before water came up. Then went back down and fished by Childers' creek wating for 2 generators. caught 3 more and fell in hard on my butt and got all wet, good thing it was warm.
We then got lunch and went to some small streams the book says are stocked, and we found a couple of trout and some small smallies.
Big H was a little slower than it has been, but better than hanging out with the in-laws.... :o
