I got to the river early and it was a cool 34* but the fish seemed eager to feed.Flyrod met me later in the morning and we fished a few places up and down the river.Met 5x heading to one of his favorite spots and tried to fish up river near him. Each rock was taken so we headed back to another spot to finish the day.Had a great day as always flyrod but the wind was biting all day.A couple of today's fish and caught a couple that must have been visiting for the holiday weekend.Hope to get a report from 5x as soon as he is home.

Peewee, Flyman told me he freezes his worms before he coats them with Hard as Hell. I have to do that with my beetles also. If Dean doesn't start doing a better job with the weather we are going to have to dock his pay. By the way your fish look bigger than you told me.

I would put that brook trout in the smoker. I bet it will melt in your mouth! Here is a brook I caught out the Desperation Hole or maybe it was the Depression Hole or maybe the Frustration Hole, I disremember. Anyway El Supremio Stevio told me to go there. I think he just wanted me out of his hair. They seem to grow better with plenty to eat. By the way, have you tried to treat night crawlers with Sally Hinton? Midges clump up.
