Jule Identified the blue flower to be a mertensia virginica (virginia bluebell). And as to the yellow one ----- I cannot find anything close to it in my wildflower book.

Mebbe Jason or Paul can put a name on it.

It's Tussilago Farfara, commonly known as Coltsfoot. It's a introduced species what was widely cultivated as a medicinal plant. It is sometimes used as an ingredient in cough drops. Colts foot tea has been used for centuries to relieve respiratory problems, and the dried leaves are sometimes smoked to relieve asthma.
