Mid - November on a Sunday morning and afternoon in the high country. 55-60 degrees, sunny, and no wind. My gawd, it was a beautiful day. Went fishing on a DH stream (yes, I did. I'll admit it). Those stupid puppies would hit a "Green Weenie" (OMG, I can't believe I'm admitting this) even after other gangs of fishermen had left the productive pools after flogging the water for hours. Just sit by the bank, smoke a smoke, then wade in without splashing or flogging the water, and put a curve cast through that riffle, let it drift into the pool below, and catch fish all day.
No pics. I was having too much fun, and had nothing to prove. What a day to be alive! :D

Sounds like a winner Phil. I got my boy out on my shed and he helped me for about four hours patching holes and fastening down a tin roof that was coming up & leaking. Got done just before the rain came - sweet timing!

Sounds like fun. An occasional guilty pleasure is ok. They can't all be brookies. :D
