pee dub, you think them smith fish are getting bigger with the creel changes? or mater water = more food = bigger fish?

either way I need to check out that water once and for all.

I don't think the "slot limit" change has had time yet to show any improvement.I think the bigger fish have always been there but have been limited by the generation surge & temperature spikes.The fish in the upper river are nearly dormant year round because of the temperature spikes.They hold on and wait for the generation surge.Some of the fish were 7 years old and only averaging 7-10".Find the food and the dark water and the fish are there.
