Most people that float the Tuck use toons or rafts. During generation it floats pretty well, but when there's no generation, it can get pretty shallow. I've not tried to float below the old dam, but I'm sure it's much the same.

If you get the inkling to get over this way and float the Tuck let me know. I've floated it several times with good results each time. I've been wanting to float a section below Dillsboro. Looks real fishy.
