Some things the years can never change. I had the pleasure of fishing with an old friend again for the first time in over 20 years. As kids from the time we were 7 years old through our mid 20's we fished every mud hole or river we ever found. Taking the boat out at midnight until 6AM was pretty regular when we were in high school. We'd go to keg parties in the woods with a canoe strapped to the roof of the jeep...strange way to pick up chicks when you're 18 I suppose. I hate to admit it, but, we even left 2 pretty hot drunk girls at the bar one night and instead chose to go get more beer, ice, a bucket full of live sand eels, jump in the boat and go Striper fishing in Cape Cod Bay...LOL, to this day 32 years later we still don't know if those drunken girls ever got a ride home. Still don't really care.
3 Bloody Mary's for breakfast and a bagel, I guided my ole bud on some private water Sunday...same old results...a dozen Rainbows and Browns 2lbs to 6lbs....once a fisherman always a fisherman, I suppose its in your blood.
