nice fish JT and on the floating bugs just makes it mo better. Ever fish that Thunderhead with a chocolate colored body? Used to fish it up on the East & West Fork of the Pigeon.Be safe

If you make a chocolate body on the Thunderhead, I think that you would have turned it into a March Brown. Yes ,we have a brown mayfly here that comes off in Late March and Early April. And yes , I throw a chocolate fly at them

Yeah !! Grumpy. You sold me that rod about 10 years ago and it does have good Mo Jo. I have caught some huge fish on it. Best fish on that rod was a 28 Lb Carp

I put a tape measure on the rod when I got home and it was about 18-19.
Look at the tail compared to the reel and that will give you a better perspective as to how big that fish was.
