Talked to the landowner of the middle portion of Big Springs Rd on SoHo yesterday. He is in process of blocking parking and access to river due to the constant trash and attitudes that he gets. Said he is sick of rude fisherman.

Really hate to see this happen as more and more access points are being blocked on TN tail waters.

Wondering if we could ask to start an adopt a stream section. And anyone on this forum or other if we want to clean his section of stream. When one of us are over there stop and pick up some trash.Get the word out that we may lose more access.Or maybe lease a section. If you don't have a sticker of some sort you don't park there. Harder to police this.

Just thinking of way's to help the land owner help us.

Good idea if he would be receptive. Sounded like he was pretty well set on it. Already had a large pile of boulders in one area.

I walked out after dark with a large bag FULL of trash. People will crap where they eat.

They aren't people that care about the resource. That's to bad.
