Drove over the humps this morning to fish a little with JT now that his shoulder is healing. Cold 40 degrees and raining with high cold water. We each managed to have a good morning with 4-6 fish each. Thanks to JT's blonde tellico, I managed a few decent creek bows. Fun few hours fer sure!

Looks like pretty good bites to me!

Good to see one of my favorite short stops on the way to Shady Valley has gotten a little depth back. Have you been to the run behind the volunteer Fire Station to see how it has fared since the flooding?

The run at the lower fire station is still close to what it used to be but the water is running too fast there right now,so we did not fish it.
The water behind the upper station is generally OK , but there are places that used to be good holes that now are just gravel bars that are too shallow.
There are new holes everywhere on the creek. One place at Danner road used to be about a foot deep and now you cannot even see the bottom. :o
