Water still extremly high , 51 degrees , no shad no nuthing . Did find two tugs idling upstream against a barge containing parts to a reactor on the S.C. side . Gubment gonna build another one at the bomb plant . Soon will see six (that is 6 ) cooling towers from put in . Most reactors in one place than any other location on the planet . Reminds me of an old song " You Light Up My Life " . Anyone around here with a dark beard wearing a towel on their head is highly suspect .
