Here are a few pics from today's trip with Cpt. Paul Rose:

Good time. Paul knows carp (and casting instruction). Great morning on the water, for sure. Edited to say that if anyone wants to give it a try, check him out at http://www.carolinabonefishing.com/. He is a great guy and an excellent guide - one thing that sets him apart is his commitment to teaching. FFF certified and knows casting instruction.

Got to love them 'golden bonefish'. Looks like a good adventure. Your trip for them was a little more up-scale than mine usually ;)

I will continue to dodge. However, I appreciate and am committed to the challenge. Let's just say it was a low number this time out.

Nothing to be embarrased about....I have yet to get one....and do you know how many times I've been snubbed by the gar this year :o I did have one or two nip at my fly...but not enough to hang them. I swear on everything that is holy though....If I make it home this weekend and float with Cameron and OMD .....I will get one!!! :D

catching that Jackfish last time out made me feel good.....for a week....now my mind is back on them gar
