We have had 9' tides the last few days, which has given us about four hours to chase tailing red fish in the grass. If you have never fished for tailers, you should plan a trip around the tides. There is nothing more exciting than seeing a 9 lb red tailing 30' in front of you, casting a black toad a few inches in front of his nose and seeing him explode on your fly in less than a foot of water. This is sight fishing at its best and exactly why I love, "Hunting Fish in the Marshes of Glynn."
