That is neat. Those Blues can be voracious, I would keep that kid out of the water just in case!

I've never seen a blitz like that.... I'll bet a Clouser thrown near the edge could get a strike.

I was told, once, that more swimmers are injured by blufish than by sharks. I wonder if that's true?

My ex-boss from R.I. who fishes a lot says those big blues from up there can chomp a finger clean off with one swipe. I believe him.

Back in the 80's the bluefish were really big. We got into a couple blitzes that were so voracious that the water turned red. Scary for sure. I have actually caught blue fish up to 21 lbs in the surf.

Nice fish. Fresh caught blues are really good in the fry pan,but unfortunately,they have a very short freezer life

Been in a couple of blitzes off Hateras. They were during the sumer. Loads of fish but not that nice of size class.
