Ok, I realize it has been two years since I have posted a report. Finally have some bad weather here, and have time to get on a computer.
Fall fishing in SSI has been great. Flood tides in August and September were terrific. We always had action, and the fish greedily ate a black toad.
Trout and flounder fishing is good, and will improve through October. If you have a chance to get to the coast, starting Oct 4, we have another set of tailing tides. Whether it is Morehead, Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Savannah or St. Simons/Jekyll Island, get to the coast and enjoy the uniquily Southern way of fly fishing for red fish.

That's enough for now. To all my NC friends, let me hear from you and come down a little further south to enjoy really great fishing
