Just in are Brodin Ghost nets in the Trout and Firehole models. Some folks have asked for these and we just hung them yesterday.
Also arrived are the Flip mitts by Chota. Fleece mitts with the covers that flip over to cover the finger tips and thumbs when it gets really chilly.
We've also stocked some more of the excellent fly tying book by Charlie Craven.
Jim Casada's new book on the Smokies is proving to be a best seller for us. There are a few signed copies in paperback still in stock.
We also have stocked more of the CMS double-sided fly box...clear on both sides with a watertight seal. Works well for all flies and retails for only $16.99
The waterproof/breathable hippers by Dan Bailey have been popular for folks wanting a cooler option to chest highs in some situations. These sell for $99 and are what I've been wearing (and on-stream clients) when I don't need the chest highs (or when the bladder is "more active.")
And, the collapsible wading staff by Arapaho continues to be one of our best sellers, especially at only $42. I and customers have used these for several seasons and find them to be a really good value. But, if you want a really traditional, rustic staff we've got some of those (a maple sapling cut several months ago...coated, rubber tip and nylon cord)
Select winter items are on sale(North Face and Columbia fleece pullovers, North Face ski gloves etc.) and we've added the North Face Venture rain jackets and parkas to the sale list...and Redington Wading Jackets and Fleece wading pants (with stirrups)
And, just got in a new shipment of Bell Canoes...Morningstar, Northwind and Yellowstone. Bell is fast becoming the leading canoe maker (if not already there) and they are certainly the best designed. And, there's no better time to get a deal on a canoe than when there's snow and ice on the ground...
More Ross Rods are in stock...get a free Flycast Outfitters line with the purchase of a Ross...
Open Christmas eve until 5pm or so...then open again on Sat. am at 9.
Happy Holidays!
