Got a (almost) half price deal on a new 9' 5 weight. I couldn't turn it down. Haven't bought a new rod in 8 years, and detest the 8' 6" TFO I've been using on bigger water. Now it just needs to quit snowing so I can use it....

Nice pole.
A 9 footer is way better on a tailrace than is a an 8 foot. Also ---(Important) a 9 foot is good to use on bluegill. A big bull gill absolutely will not let you get close to it

Hey there Mr. Ralph, them 10 and 11 footers, ya get em that long so you can break them in half and have two rods?

Got me a few of those short fellars too. 6'3" 3wt. work for ya? got an old school 6 foot and another 7 foot Fenwick fiberglass too!

Thats more my speed, thats a 3wt I have laying across that cric. Them shorter rods make my fish look bigger in a picture. Hey if them 11 footers get to small for you I can make you up something from a 20ft piece of copper tube. :D
