So we just bought a new house. Basement has been declared my domain, but the doorway down is way to skinny for my desk to fit. The good news is that I get to build a new desk. Before I begin the project I was hoping that some of you craftsmen might show off photos your tying digs. Prizes will be rewarded for the following: most original design, ugliest design, and messiest desk. The prizes will be a handful of flies that have been constructed purely with materials gathered from my body (which isn't a bad idea for a tying contest): navel lint, ear wax, chest hair, and cut toe nails. Thanks! -Knox

Fly Goddess- That vise looks almost like a torture device! Thanks for the photos. It's good to pick up ideas on arrangements and the little nuances everyone's tying nooks have.

The truth is out...it's my S & M vise...LOL The two flies at once is cool though. But note the Renzetti in the back ground.

As you know,I do some presentation tying and a few seminars. Like Flygoddess, my stuff is portable in a large over the shoulder bag The bag carries 3 large boxes with materials,a box with hooks assortments,a box of tools and 2 small boxes full of chenille and fur.

Flygoddess' portable deal is slicker than mine, but all the same, it makes it very easy to set up even on the dinner table at home or on the bar.
