If you have a topo map and a compass, you might find a pond in your backyard. or holler if you want to head for the hills.

Yeah...but the Lizardman ate my toon

I have a family-sized Grumman aluminum canoe you can borrow. I know the Lizard Man likes to eat cars but I don't think he likes aluminum. It is big but I have car topped it on my Durango with Yakima cross bars. Or bring a trailer.

As I wade through the snow falling on the environs of Lake Geezer, I think, "Wow, what fun it must be to be fishing high up in the NC mountains right now". Does the term "Cold Weather Survival" come in to play, here? Why does the scene of Paints-His-Shirt-Red watching Jeremiah Johnson clumsily splash through the creek in a wasted effort to catch trout seem a propos here?
