Once again reminds me of the new-age marketing hype that annoys me.

I do enjoy fishing a few of the "newer rods," but my favorites being fished annually go back all the way into the 1960's. What works then, works now. In fact, my absolute favorite small stream rods have there roots in Civil War era technology.

Marketing............ some of it has brought us some of the "best," but most of it is designed strictly to place BIG BUCKS in some CEO's pocket.

My 2 cents, not Big Bucks
