Just wanted to say they back what they sell.Broke a legand ultra on Saturday at the Smallie Show ....sent an e-mail on Sunday when I got home and received a new section on Thursday.As far as Im concerned that "aint bad" and I will continue to us the "other " green rod. :lol: :lol: :lol:

They are good sticks. Glad you had a good experience with their customer service. That's the only green rod in my arsenal but I admit to coveting one of the others, as well.

I own a couple of them, as do the McStreamer Boys, and I've always been more than happy with their customer service and warranties. Plus, they are just damn nice people up there. Kudos all around to the people of St. Croix Rods.

In my opinion, they have the best customer service of all the rod manufacturers. They are much faster in getting the fixed rod back to you as well.

Hell,I busted a blank that had been built by Juni Fisher and I had a new one within 10 days

Ya cannot beat that !!! Plus, they are just damn nice people

I own 3-4 of their spinning rods also

sounds like a few others feel the same.....now I have the 3-4-5-6 wt legend ultra and the 10' 5wt is the first rod I grab .That new bank robber might just be Kelly Galloup's money maker but I see one in the crystal ball. :lol: :lol: :lol:

glad they treated you right, peewee.I have a 3 wt legend that's a very nice small stream rod and ,knock on wood,haven't had to check out the warranty on any rods.Good to know it's there if needed.
