Seems like in most ponds the bass eat the bluegills but I think you've got the opposite! Gills like that must have them bass running scared.

Jeff,

At one time I thought you were salvagable. The 'geez, however, is a lost cause.

Nice fish by the way.

Have you been talking to my wife? Sounds vaguely familiar to a conversation she and I had recently :o Coincidentally it was when I let her know about some upcoming trips...

The 'geez, however, is a lost cause..

Sir, being a proud Southerner, my family has honorably been involved with "lost causes" for over 150 years. Now, here are 5 riddles with answers for you.
1. What do you call it when you mishandle a cane rod? A booboo of course.
2. Calcutta rods that are so well made you have a hard time keeping your hands off them? Boobies.
3. When you leap out of bed, grab your Tonkin rod, and run to the creek without showering and shaving, to all the other fishermen you are a...? Boogyman.
4. When you are found passed out on the riverbank next to your rod, you've been...? Boozing.
5. And, finally, when you nervously twitch your pole, you...? Shake your bootie.

Hey Geez. How big is your pond ??
I was looking at it in a thread on the BRFFF and it looked pretty big to me

Blueridgeflyfishersforum.

Somebody posted some flicks of some good fish that they say came from your pond, but the pond in the background is far bigger than 1 acre and it has cypress trees in it also
