John how did Flickr work for you?
I'm thinkin' 'bout going there instead
of Photobucket which has gotten really slow
and the pop ups are obnoxious.

Don,
I just now got with Flickr because When I went to my pics on Photobucket,I could not copy them which of course meant that I could not transfer my flicks to a forum. I contacted Photobucket and one of their people said that they had no problem copying my stuff. Well, I told them what the problem was and what the pop up said was wrong when I tried to copy. I went back and forth with them twice and then they quit all correspondence with me. In other words, I have 1,000 pictures on their site that I now cannot transmit unless I go back to square one and load them on to Flickr
Yes, I was already pissed a PB due to it being slow and now the pop-ups are so damn infuriating that I can't stand it. Obviously they do'nt give a shit about my account anyway.

TheLow walked me through the Flickr deal. Could never have done it by my old techno ignernt self. One nice thing is that Flickr has a feature to re-size your stuff.

So far,so good

JT

I got on Flickr today because of Rob as well. Photobucket was driving me crazy. Flickr is super easy, fast, and no pop up ads. Yessirree!

guys I am going to talk with the Flickr team today to see if there is a way to bulk upload or something to make it easier to get the photos you have on PB up on Flickr. I am about 99% sure there is no way to port them from PB to Flickr as they are competitors. But I'll see if there is an easy way to bulk upload from you computer
