I probably should have asked this question before I bought them, but does anyone have any experience with the brand of hooks called "Saber"? I bought then from Fly Shack for about $7.00/hundred. i received them yesterday, and they look okay, but I haven't tied anything with them yet, and obviously haven't fished them.

If I remember right, I bought these from some guys when they were at the fly show a couple years ago. 10/12/14/16 in dry fly, and some 18 or 20's curved. I have been pleased with them. I did find 2 hooks that had no eye in my 16's :?: pack, but over all I thought they worked well they are not the exact same as a 94840 mustad but close enough that the fish dont care ;)

I purchased several different styles and sizes from the Fly Show also and have used most of them.Do not like the curved nymph #7015 --had trouble with hook-ups and broke a couple in the vise.I will buy them again--no problem.Be safe

I also got some at the fly show a couple of years ago. To me, they look a lot like Togen's hooks. I've fished the nymphs, dry, and streamer hooks without any problems. Not bad hooks for the money.
