I'm gonna try to get my river Bugger box in order and maybe tie if the finger continues to not hurt and/or bleed. Lets see some creations if anybody at it.

Cut it Sat night. Almost passed out and could not get it to stop bleeding. Got a tight bandage on it and stopped the blood. A hour later on inspection it was still bleeding. Stopped again too late for anything but the ER. Waited till the next morning with tight bandage. Started again. Went to the Sisters of Mercy urgent care (Sun Morning). They got it stopped and trussed up. Looks rough

Better by today just soaked it in Peroxide. No blood :) :o

I probably won't be tying for another couple days until I truly feel better....but I was thinking about buggers last night.....I wanna fine some of that super fine flash thats used in the Farhar (sp?) blends and try to work a little of that into buggers and rabbit leeches. :D

Sorry about your finger. Hope it gets better soon.
I thought sharp knives in the kitchen were safer than dull knives. Thank God this was a sharp knife, right Brad? Iell me it was a sharp knife, right Brad?

One word: Miracle Glue...is it any different than the glue that is being used for medical procedures? I used Miracle Glue on a cut a week ago so that I wouldn't bleed in the salad I was preparing. It worked! And I am still alive so far.

headgear it was extremely sharp. All the way back to the point of the heel. Which the general part of the blade I jammed into the finger. I had a couple of distractions at the same time.

It was bleeding to hard to get the glue to hold. Brush on crazy glue from the bench. Todays bugger might have some human DNA in the heads :(

Remember that recent regs prohibit scented/flavored flies on some streams.

You fit my motto: Sacrifice the body for the team.
btw, I KNEW you would have an extremely sharp knife.
Be careful out there!
