Hey Croaker,
Those are some snazzy flies pal. I figure you tied those for salt but let me tell you something that worked for me a while back. Dunno if you've ever tried or are interested but here goes anyway.
I tied up some of those epoxy minnows in some small sizes hoping for bass and bream. Braid for body, marabou for tail and painted on eyes. Played around and fished some using strike indicators 18" to 24" above them when there was a bit of wind chop on the water. Caught a good number of fish that way when nothing else was working too good.
Thanks

Brad....I'm thinking you could catch em' in the smaller lakes and ponds....but on bigger water where it does'nt warm as fast they are still gonna be deep.....pond was at 60 degrees last night....but bigger water is probably still in the low 50's

Those are some pretty flies, Don. I'd tie a few in size 6 and take 'em to the Smallie Show.
Did you tie those for Shad/Crappie/Spots down by you?

Windknotter & my pal Streamer, while salty water was (is always) on my mind... Tied them for toothy fish in general. I.E. Cypress Trout, Jackfish etcetera. The toothy fish destroy regular Clousers and the no-name Shad fly quickly, and some epoxy minnows have been very seductive to Crappie on occasion
