I like it...heres one Paymaster put up on another board that looked pretty good...not sure how well it'll float...but even if it sinks it'll still catch some brim...

Peewee, I've seen a few live ones that looked a lot like that. Open up the palmering a bit and it might pass for the real thing. Throw it under some overhanging branches and tell us what happens.

OB, that looks like a dry fly version of a Tellico nymph.

Depends on what kind.....a catalpa worm is the best fishbait going....theres also some kind of big worm that got on the tomatoes in Ky. that they would blast as soon as they hit the water.....generally I've found they don't like the fuzzy ones

Some of the fuzzy/spiney ones are prone to sting.

"Some of the fuzzy/spiney ones are prone to sting." That is an understatement. I won't get near a really fuzzy one. I've heard bad stories.

Some of em tell ya what the winters gonna be like. The white ones with little black horns on each end (Pack Saddles) tell you to get the hell out their yard and go back inside

One got me as a kid. I broke into cold sweats, got the shakes and thought I was gonna die. I stay away from the fuzzy horned ones. They's mean!
