here is one that I saw similar on another site-- flat on the bottom so it sets low in the water.Be safe

I like it...heres one Paymaster put up on another board that looked pretty good...not sure how well it'll float...but even if it sinks it'll still catch some brim...

Peewee, I've seen a few live ones that looked a lot like that. Open up the palmering a bit and it might pass for the real thing. Throw it under some overhanging branches and tell us what happens.

OB, that looks like a dry fly version of a Tellico nymph.

yup...replace the peacock herl with some orange biots....that would be a good one for Jack's white catapillar from the smallie show a few years back :idea:

I was told on the other board a couple of years back that fish don't eat those things

Depends on what kind.....a catalpa worm is the best fishbait going....theres also some kind of big worm that got on the tomatoes in Ky. that they would blast as soon as they hit the water.....generally I've found they don't like the fuzzy ones

Some of em tell ya what the winters gonna be like. The white ones with little black horns on each end (Pack Saddles) tell you to get the hell out their yard and go back inside :twisted:

One got me as a kid. I broke into cold sweats, got the shakes and thought I was gonna die. I stay away from the fuzzy horned ones. They's mean!
