Nice Lookin Poppers OB! I guess now that I have a toon I should concentrate on learning to tie a few of those!

Cameron....I'll try to have some materials with me at the smallie show so I can show anyone that wants to see how they are done....I posted a tutorial in the saltwater section...but sometimes its still better seeing it person.

What kind of toon did ya end up with....I started to try to get ahold of you as Cabela's in Buda TX had a fishcat10IR.... standing platform and all for $525 :o ......mighty tempted to get it so my wife had one too.

Hope to see ya there!! :D

WOW that is one hell of a deal. I ended up getting a very lightly used Skykomish Sunrise from one of the guys on this board. I have been working on getting my trailer together and plan on doing a little local still water this weekend. The smallie show will be my maiden voyage on moving water and I can't wait. I have not been out on a toon since the last smaillie show.

I would love an in person lesson, I will bring my vise and a few supplies as well. See you there.

Cam...this Fishcat is alright...and even though you might have paid more...you probably got what you paid for...the Skykomish is much nicer in my opinion...and if ya got it from Brock....I'm sure it was well taken care of. See ya there!
