Here's what I came up with this afternoon:
Adult (intended to fish wet)
Image
Pupae
Image
Lavae
Image
No idea if they will work but sure wish I was back up there to try!

Good lookin bugs Theron!! what did ya use for the body?? Not sure about the trout.....but the shellcracker up home in Ky. would tear those things up!!
