If you're not going to accumulate enough materials to stock your own store, a roll top desk should be considered.

The plastic boxes with lids and labels do indeed make excellent storage. Purchase plenty of boxes so that they will all be uniform in size. Makes for easier stacking and your tying area will be much neater and more organized.

Of course as others have stated, you can just close the door.

I have a nice spot in the man cave for my stuff. Hodge podge of storage solutions but it works for me.

I have various boxes and a desk. (Similar to Timbros' spread, above, including the rye and the Gerstner). These will not necessarily solve the problem. Indeed, I have started to spread my stuff on the floor so I can find it. :oops: Still, things get lost -- I had to go buy another bottle of Loon today because I couldn't find the one I had. I know it was somewhere within a 10 foot radius but I just couldn't find it.

I'm a rummy myself, Timbros. 'Course I don't turn down a good sour mash or single malt. Never had any of that "Loon". Maybe we need to get out more.
