Still trying to get one that will have the action and look the part. This medium grey gets the olive look when wet & with the hourglass between the claws it looks real good on a slow retrieve.Help me out --what does it need?

It needs a big 'ol 22" smallie attached to the metal part.

You might consider moose mane antenna but that's getting picky.

Carry on!

Peewee.....What would it do in the water if you shortened the claws by about 25% and added a couple of round rubber antennae at the bend?

the antenna might help be something to key on--looks more real to the tier. :D The legs didn't change much in the water but shorter might not wrap around the hook as easy. Thanks

Report from yesterday, colder than s-it and wish I had stayed home. Caught a few on the soft hackle and a micro bug as the dropper. Not much happening. Tried to get 5X to stay home but he wanted to fish so I went with him in case he froze up :)

I have about allowed you guys to convince me that if the temperature is below my age "stay home with the good looking women" and try to learn something new to try.
