The variety in how you can tie stoneflies is fun to me. Not sure why I used a double bead, but I wanted to get them down. I think the copper rib looks cool against the black ribbing, but not sure if the fish will care. Also, I love a good reason to tie a fly using wiggle dubbing.

The glass bead on the midge was a Michaels find. Huge bag for a buck. Probably a little big for a sz 22 midge and I'm not aware of any midges with huge translucent blue heads, but once again, I thought it looked kind of cool.

Nice "Traction" flys.

Don't think that is who I got it from. I'm taking it to PFF this weekend and plan on putting it to good use...

'Pops' is still hanging on to that reel, you Ditchmonkey you!
The beautiful noise it makes is indeed a fish call.

BUT NOW ----- JERK .. At next years PFF, you will eat beads and service the Goat at the same time !!!!!!!!!!! -- Bitch ! You Yuppie Pricks call that Multi-tasking :o

Give a Damn Bead Freak a damn inch and he will go goatbead crazy I tell ya'

Since you didn't try to tie a bag of beads around my feet and drown me in the PFF pond, I assumed you handn't read this yet. :o

Just for the record, the double bead stonefly was killer on the Beaverdam last weekend in all of that fast water. :D
