I've been trying to come up with something different to show the browns out at the valley spring creek. I've always heard that the big fish out there feast on the fingerlings that the VDGIF put in every year, so I decided to try to tie a baby brown out of EP fibers.

Suggestions and criticisms are welcome. I may have tied it a little too full, so I might try some a little thinner.

Here's one a little thinner and I got a little less happy with the sharpie. I like this one better.

And a shot of the whole school, including my attempts at baby sunfish, a shiner and a baby rainbow. I experimented a lot with how to tie in the materials and tried a couple with rabbit strips. Looking forward to seeing how they perform.

You've done a really nice job with this style. I've been tying Peanut Bunkers for a few years now, and it's a great style for imitating baitfish. I think the rabbit strip might be a winner. Lemme know how that looks in the water. Maybe a SBS tutorial?

Pretty damn good bunch of flies
The first one has too much red in it ,but still a good streamer

If I had to pick one fly out of the school, it would be the first fly in row number 4.

All are winners

Thanks guys. I'll work on a sbs tutorial but I need to restock some materials first. I definitely waste a bunch tying these flies.
