Friends, we are looking for some of you expert tiers (meaning better than me) to tie at the upcoming Federation of Fly Fishers South East Council Festival. http://southeastfff.org/festival-2013/

May 17-18, at Western Carolina University, Ramsey Center.

This is a BIG venue and the first time in my memory that the event will be held in NC. So we need all the help we can get in showing folks a good time.

Guest tiers will get free admission to the event. Jule and Ryan have tied in years past. Now that we have brought the event closer to our home turf, I am hoping some more of you can participate.

Also, I hope everyone marks the date on the calendar. This will be excellent weekend to catch up with friends. Best casting instructors in the country and plenty of field (and rivers) to do it in. And, as you know, there is no shortage of fishing opportunities in that part of the State, either.

Since there won't be a Troutfest this year I may be able to help you out. I just need a few more details like what day and time are you looking for. Do you just need a demo tyer or someone to do a specific type or level of class. I think I can handle most anything you need.

Email me at syates6006@aol.com or I'll pm you my cell number if you would prefer.

Thanks,
Steve

I would really enjoy tying at that but it will depend on the schedule I have my son at that point. Right now there's still a lot of question marks.

Yes, that one. I get my kids mixed up, too. :D

Steve, I tried to send you an e-mail but it bounced back. Can you PM me your number?

Brad, offer is open if you can make it, but if not, I certainly understand.
