Hmmm wonder if it'll work on cork thats already been painted and coated? I've busted numerous threaders doing poppers.....and I've got a bag of at least 1,200 corks waiting ....yeah 1,200 :o

That's a harness needle stuck in a handle. It looks a lot like my needles I use to sew my holsters.

If you want I can see if rubber legs fit in one of mine. I think mine are the medium size in the first link. A pair of hemostats to push and pull them through and you should be good.

I'm thinking it would probably leave too big of a hole in a coated cork popper....probably work good for foam though.

On foam that is the only way to go. I have a small Jacobs Chuck with a needle in backwards like that.
